It
is important that players give
careful attention to the
current team and pitching
matchups, as well as the prior
statistical performances of
the athletes in order to score
high in the Monthly
Contests. You
may create and/or play in up
to two "Friends Leagues" with
your family, office pals, or
classmates. No prizes will be
awarded by the Game
Administrator to winners of
Friends Leagues. Players
must have a valid email
address and a current, valid
home address listed in their
registration. All of the
fields of the entry forms must
be filled out.
Multiple
free entries by an individual
will all be
void. By
registering and participating,
entrants agree (b)
release and hold harmless
the Sponsors (and their
parents, affiliates,
divisions, directors,
subsidiaries, officers,
principals, shareholders,
employees and agents, and
their advertising and
promotion agencies and
promotional partners) and
the Game Administrator from
any and all liability,
claims for damages, losses
or injuries of any kind
resulting from (i) altered,
late, lost, damaged,
misdirected, mutilated,
incomplete, illegible,
stolen, incomplete entries
or human, telephone,
computer, online, or
technical malfunctions
(including busy lines and
disconnections), or (ii)
the acceptance, possession,
or use, or misuse, of a
prize; (c)
the Game Administrator at
its sole discretion may
disqualify any individual
it finds to be tampering
with the operation of the
game or to be acting in
violation of its Rules;
(d)
all entries are the
property of the Game
Administrator, which
reserves the right to use
these entries in any way,
including but not limited
to public display of
individual player's grids;
and (e)
Sponsors and the Game
Administrator make no
warranty, guaranty or
representation of any kind
concerning the game and/or
any prize, and that they
disclaim any implied
warranty. Restrictions,
conditions, and limitations
apply. The
Game Administrator reserves
the right at its sole
discretion to disqualify any
individual it finds to be
tampering with the operation
of the game or to be acting in
violation of its
Rules. All
entries are the property of
the Game Administrator, which
reserves the right to use
these entries in any way,
including but not limited to
public display of individual
player's grids within the
Skipper game. Any
entity placing an
advertisement on Skipper is a
Sponsor. Inventure
will not be responsible for
human, technical, or other
failures. The
Game Administrator will make
every effort to provide the
smoothest possible sailing for
your fair and fun
participation in the game, but
cannot and does not guarantee
it. Up until the start of the
next scheduled game, the Game
Administrator will correct
scoring errors discovered and
verified. After that time, the
prior game results become
final, and are not subject to
challenge, even if a scoring
error occurred, and even if
technical or logistical
problems have arisen during
the course of play that might
cause a player or players to
suffer a disadvantage. This
includes, but is not limited
to, the inability, from time
to time, of players to obtain
access to the playing grid to
update their entries, the
possible inaccuracy of a
posted lineup, or the loss,
for any reason, of a player's
entry. The
Game Administrator reserves
the right, in its sole
discretion, to adjust, to
suspend, or to cancel this
game for any reason, including
but not limited to technical
failure, unauthorized
intervention, a computer virus
or bug, or other technical
problem that corrupts the
administration, security or
proper operation of Skipper.
In such event Sponsors further
reserve the right, at their
sole discretion, to award the
prizes to the players with the
most points, as of the
termination date. In the event
that Skipper is challenged by
any legal or regulatory
authority, the Game
Administrator and the Sponsors
reserve the right to
discontinue or modify the
contest, or to disqualify
participants residing in the
affected geographic areas. In
such event the Game
Administrator and the Sponsors
shall have no liability to any
players who are disqualified
due to such an action, except
to return their entry fees.
The
Game Administrator is not
responsible for and shall not
be liable in any way for 1)

unintelligible entries; 2)
telephone, electronic,
hardware or software program,

injuries, losses, or damages
of any kind arising in
connection with or as a result
of the prize, use of the
prize, or from participation
in the contest. The

responsible for any printing
